Gluten-Free Bread Rolls

Preparation Time:

Approx. two hours


1 kg flour – made of Conditur flour, and tapioca flour or potato starch (you can also combine half of each).
2 Tbs. sugar
2 Tbs. dry yeast
1 Tbs. salt
3 Tsp. oil
About 1.5 cups lukewarm water


Mix all ingredients, other than the water, using the mixer. Add the water slowly until you receive a sticky dough. Let it rise for about an hour.

Make flat balls (so that it looks like a yarmulke)

Apply egg and sesame seeds on top

Bake on 200 (same heat as you'd use for regular challah/bread rolls)
