Gluten-Free Bee Sting Cake

Preparation Time:

Approx. 45 minutes
The cake is dairy

Ingredients for a round-pan cake

Base:
4 eggs
1 pkg. instant pudding

Frosting:
2 Rich's cream (or 'HaChef HaLavan')
1 pkg. instant pudding

Almond topping:
100 gr almonds
1/4 (Israeli-size) butter
1 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. honey

Instructions:

Base:
Beat the egg whites with 1/4 cup of sugar until stiff.
Add egg yolks and instant pudding, mix, and place into the oven on 180° C. (about 360° F). for about 20 minutes.

Frosting:
Whip both Rich's creams until stiff, and combine with instant pudding.

The 'Sting':
In a frying pan, melt the butter with the sugar.
Add the honey and almonds, and keep frying.
'Sting' can be replaced by 1 bar (100 gr) bittersweet chocolate and 1/2 a bar white chocolate, with Rich's cream (melt and coat)
