Gluten-Free Almond Chocolate-Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

3 egg whites
100 gr. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
200 gr. sliced almonds
2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions:

Combine egg whites, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until a uniform texture is achieved.
Add almonds and chocolate chips, and mix.
Spoon thin circles of the mixture onto a pan, and bake on 160 ° C. (about 320° F.) for about fifteen minutes, until cookies turn golden.
Cool, and serve.
