Gluten-Free Pancakes with Whipped Cream and Maple Syrup

Preparation Time:

Approx. half an hour



1 cup gluten-free flour
1 cup milk
2 Tbs. oil
3 eggs
A pinch of salt
2 tsp. sugar

Whipped Cream:

Rich's cream ('HaChef HaLavan')
1 pkg. instant pudding
2 cups chocolate chips


Combine ingredients and mix until a consistent mixture is reached.
Fry the pancakes in a pan with a bit of oil, until pancakes are golden on both sides.
Whip the Rich's cream with the instant pudding until stiff.
Using frosting tips, pipe whipped cream onto pancakes.
You can also decorate with maple syrup or chocolate.
